Two years ago, July 4 weekend saw the release of Imran Khan's debut film Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na under the banner of Aamir Khan Productions. The film served as a perfect launchpad for Aamir's nephew. Among the acclaim it garnered was comparability to Karan Johar's Dharma Productions' brand of cinema -- whatever Johar could do, it was said, Aamir's production house could do as good if not better.Fast-forward a couple years to July 4 weekend again (and Happy Fourth, everyone!), and Imran's back in a romantic comedy, this time opposite Sonam Kapoor, in I Hate Luv Storys (IHLS) by Dharma, after a couple of forgettable action movies. He's back in form in, too, in what is a fairly simple and entertaining flick which takes self-aware digs at its own kind.
